Now, we all know that Time is the most Valuable of all Commodities. We do not like to waste our, nor that of our Clients. That is why, we at Mac Yvaillion, Enterprises have made it a Policy to ask for a "Retainers Fee" for our Services. We can Guarantee the Buyer a Contract 95% of the time. That is why we can say with Confidence that "If you trust us with your LOI+BCL, we will get you a Contract Based on what you asked for!" This we stand on. Our Fee is $500USD per 2 week cycles. Upon the Receipt of the Contract in your Hands, you will be required to pay the fee and until the Successful Completion of the Contract. Which at that time, I will Full Refund the Full Retainers Fee to you 100% form the Commissions earned. We do this to proove a Point. You get what you pay for, with us. We do not want Time Wasters, diverting our time from Real Buyers. All we ask of you is Two Things:
#1) Stay Flexable in your Terms, and Open to Solutions that benefit both Seller and Buyer
#2) Trust our Guidence in matters concerning your Contract, as we know what the Seller(s) will allow, and what they will not
